Olga cares about the happiness of developers in her position of Developer Experience Manager or — as her labour book says — Developer Interest Representative at QIWI.

After graduating from ITMO and working in development, she realised that she was more interested not in programming itself, but in creating an environment for developers so that they could do their work effectively and get satisfaction from it.
