Yandex

Yandex has a special developer adaptation program called Multitrack. On this program, frontend and backend developers work in three teams for a few months and choose the one they like best. It's not just an introduction: developers really get into the processes, solve real problems and interact with the code base of the projects. At the end of the program, they choose the team they liked working in the most.
