Why Do We Need PyPy If CPython Has JIT?

After my talk last year, PyPy 3.11 and CPython 3.13 were released, and alpha 3.14 is already available. What has changed? Is PyPy even needed now if CPython has JIT? Let's figure it out by directly comparing these releases.
