RefCount++

Python has two interesting mechanisms for handling memory: RefCount and GC. But how close are they? Why guess — let's do an experiment! We'll try to disable RefCount, look at GC and prove that they are really independent mechanisms. We'll perform memory measurements to estimate the scale of the "disaster".
